The first 3 episodes of this season were all pretty boring, but episode 4 showed up with a time-hopping Daedalus that drew them aboard and took them on a tour of a few parallel universes.
Along the way they ran into aliens and had a bit of a space battle — space battles still have some appeal for me… even though the effects aren’t as good as Sins of a Solar Empire‘s effects, it’s rare to see a TV show pull this off. Overall, I still haven’t come across any genuinely gripping plot this season — feels like SGA is starting to drift toward soap opera territory. I really miss season 2; the storylines were so good! Looking forward to what’s next.
